How STANDBY handles inquiry information.
This page explains the information we collect through the STANDBY Local website and how it is used to respond to consultation and service requests.
Information you choose to provide
When you complete a consultation questionnaire or contact STANDBY, you may provide your name, business name, email, phone number, website, service area, business goals, current challenges, budget range, project timing, and other details relevant to the conversation.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate fit, prepare for consultations, coordinate scheduling, follow up on requested services, manage the sales process, and improve how we serve prospective and current clients.
Scheduling and service providers
Scheduling is currently handled through Zoom Scheduler and connected calendar services. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. STANDBY also uses Supabase and Vercel as infrastructure providers for secure application and website operations.
Access and security
Consultation data is stored in a protected database and is not intended for public access. Administrative access is restricted to authorized STANDBY personnel.
Marketing and tracking
We may use referral and campaign parameters to understand which marketing sources bring visitors to the site. We do not present questionnaire responses publicly.
Your choices
If you want to correct information you submitted or ask STANDBY to remove an inquiry record, contact us using the email address below. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
