Keep showing up without making content another weekly job.

Most practice owners already know they should post. The problem is finding the time to plan, record, write, review and publish consistently while running the business.

Your monthly time commitment

Thirty to forty-five minutes.

For Standard and Plus, STANDBY plans one on-site capture session each month. The content is then produced in a batch, presented in one approval window and scheduled after approval.

The delivery model

A repeatable content day instead of a constant request for material.

1. Capture

Use one 30–45 minute on-site session to gather the month’s useful photos and short clips. Essentials uses photos supplied by the client and does not include a capture session.

2. Produce and approve

STANDBY drafts the monthly batch in the practice’s voice and sends it through one clear approval window.

3. Schedule

Approved posts are scheduled for the agreed channels. Changes outside the approval window are scoped when they materially change the batch.

Monthly plans

Choose the amount of content the practice can actually support.

Essentials

$750/mo

8 posts per month. The client supplies approved photos. No on-site capture session is included.

Standard

$1,100/mo

12 posts per month, one monthly on-site capture session and one batch approval window.

Plus

$1,500/mo

16 posts per month, one monthly on-site capture session and short-form video production.

Not included: community management and comment moderation, or direct-message response. Those conversations require separate response rules, coverage and escalation.

Regulated practices

Health and wellness content needs an additional review layer.

Health and wellness advertising can be subject to state professional-conduct requirements and platform restrictions on health-related ad language. Content for a regulated practice is reviewed against the applicable practice rules and platform policies before publishing. The practice remains responsible for final approval of clinical, credential and treatment claims.

Plain claims only

STANDBY does not add guaranteed outcomes, unsupported treatment claims, invented statistics or testimonials the practice cannot document.
